“On July 22nd my Daughter was getting married and we had a big outdoor Wedding and Reception. Two days prior to the Wedding the person that was going to do the Barbecue informed me he would not be able to. I was devastated. After hearing about my tragedy, Clive called and he volunteered to be the "Chef." More like rescued me!

I had aprox. 30 tri tips and he came right over and picked them up. He used his own created "Rub" and marinated them and barbecued for hours(!) while we prepared for the wedding.

The meat turned out "terrific". There were so many people asking me what he used when he cooked it. To this day when someone starts talking about the wedding, they always mention: "That's the Best Barbecue Tri-tip I've ever had," and they ask me to get the recipe.
